Returns For Retail Orders

We accept merchandise returns within 30 days of purchase or within 15 days of delivery, whichever is later. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging including all plastic wrapping, labels and stickers. You will be responsible for shipping charges unless the items are defective or incorrect.

To complete your return, we require written authorization and an original sales receipt. Email with the subject “Return: (order no.)”. In the body of your email, include your name, address, telephone number, and reason for return. We will reply with a return authorization number, which should be noted on the outside of your package. Returns received more than 30 days after we issue authorization will be refused.

Exchanges For Retail Orders

We replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. Send us an email within 5 days of receipt of shipment at with a photo clearly showing the defect, the name of the defective item per your packing slip, your order number, name, address, and telephone number. We will reply with a return label for you to ship the item back to us. You must ship the item back within 5 days of receiving the return label. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
